SHIPPING

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

International shipping is available for orders to the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand at a Fixed Flat-Rate of $60 per order.

Orders are processed and in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays) of placing an order. Preorder items are shipped based on availability.  

DELIVERY

Delivery times are typically 7-15 days to the United States & Canada, depending on your location once the order is shipped.

International orders and deliveries to the EU, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand take approximately 10-15 days.

LOST PACKAGES

Once your order is shipped, it is entrusted to the courier for delivery. In the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim through UPS Claims or USPS Mail Search.

Refunds are not provided for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Although we are not liable for lost packages, we are committed to supporting you. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please reach out to the courier for further assistance, and we will do our best to guide you through the process.

CUSTOM DUTIES

Shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout.

DARI is unable to provide specific guidance on a country’s tax rates or import tariffs, as these vary widely by location.

All customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in accordance with local customs regulations.

Many countries exempt personal items below a certain value from import duties. However, some categories, such as jewelry, are often subject to taxation. We highly recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the regulations that apply to your region.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. This policy excludes sale and custom items. All US and Canada orders will incur a $50 USD return and restock fee per item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US and Canada orders, along with detailed instructions for returning your item. For international orders, we do not provide a return label; please email us to receive the return address and customs documentation. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. DAMAGES & ISSUES

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofdari.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one once your return is accepted.

EU COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at hello@houseofdari.com.
