Refund Policy
ELIGIBILITY
Refunds are available for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return, and the return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets eligibility requirements. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at hello@houseofdari.com.
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESS
Refunds are not available for sale or clearance items, custom or personalized products, or gift cards. Refunds also cannot be issued for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it or issue a refund minus the shipping costs.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofdari.com. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable at no additional cost to you.
